I remember when developers were into this fad of blocky monster homes partitioned into several poorly defined and undersized square nooks in the public part of the space. Who needs surplus mini-sitting rooms? A Great Room should be great in size. The address is wrong in the description btw. "Nanny Suit" - srsly? A home theatre with framed posters (large glass surface along the walls) is ill-advised for audio purposes. I hope the current owner is enjoying it and living their best life.

That 50k couch looks like a futon and it really cheapens the space. I would keep the color as it makes the room pop but put something Batman would be proud to sit on.
